Thanksgiving fun

I am well aware that thanksgiving comes before x-mass but I just found these photos of me and the girls prepping the meal. We were 11 people for Thanksgiving this year, including, 7 norwegians, 2 americans, 1 canadian, and 1 swedish/norwegian. We are an international bunch!

One a side note, come to think of it, many of my friends found their significant other outside of Norway. Just to mention a few countries were they are all from: USA, Sweden, Australia, India, Russia and Canada that I can think of of the top of my head. Beat that!

Almost x-mass

Honestly I cannot wait until x-mass is finally over. It is a stressful time, all buying buying and hanging out with family :)

This year we will as all previous years go and hang out with at my moms house. We will eat ribbe, a tradish norwegian dish. We will also go up to the mountains to go skiing on second x-mass day and stay for a couple for nights with the whole family. Should be fun.

Here is a picture from x-mass 2006, I am sure pictures will look the same this year as well.
